Art:
  • The forms of art for this culture were:
  1. Pottery.
  2. Making sculptures out of clay.
  3. Drawing using volcanic stone, basalt and other hard stones, feathers, paint, leather, human and animal bones, turquoise, jade, starfish, sea urchins, gold, colored shells, amethyst, agate, opal, jasper, onyx, vegetables, insects, shells, minerals and oils.
  4. Also decorating pottery with bird feathers, beads, flowers and metals.

  • Music was directly linked to religion.
Religion:
  • Their religion was based on the destructive force of nature, and they wanted to avoid it. So they made religion to please nature.

  • Some ceremonies include:
  1. Sacrificing.
  2. Offerings.
  3. Prayers.

  • They pray for their food and give thanks for it every day.
  • Their religion is different from any religion today for many reasons. Sacrificing is frowned upon. There are not many religions with multiple gods in the present. Such things as those.
